This year promises to be busy, I have a solo exhibition at the Sheepshed gallery, Weyhill near Andover March 18th-28th and a group exhibition at Proteus Exhibition Space Basingstoke May 5th -17th, as well as Art Society Annual Exhibitions in August , September and October. A decision to participate in Hampshire Open Studios has yet to be taken. I am also looking to be taken on by a local gallery.
I have been developing my landscapes as New Project Landscapes which is going well it's a different mixed media approach and more relaxed in style. I am putting more of how it feels to be in the landscape rather than paint specific places, the compositions will be reminiscent of somewhere not of anywhere particular, unless a place is particularly strong in feel and identity.
