I seem to be obsessed with fields at the moment! All around the village where I live the fields are waiting for the combine harvesters to arrive. The colours are bleached and pale the trees look dusty . the grass and wild flowers along the edges of the road are brittle, shades of brown gold pink and everything in between. There is a lot of yellow ragwort about which makes a very jarring note in an otherwise delicate colour scheme.
